Records are kept of all items purchased so the same pattern never needs to be ordered twice, even if you lose or misplace your purchased copy. Should this happen, contact me to arrange another download of the pattern(s) purchased previously. If you realise that you have ordered a duplicate of a pattern in error, you have the choice to:
- Request a replacement pattern of your choice be sent by email
- Ask for the amount of the duplication to be refunded. If a cost is incurred in the process of doing such refund, it will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Since the pattern(s) purchased are delivered digitally, returning the item is not relevant. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 7 days from the purchase date and the cost of your order will be fully refunded.
